Infrastructure Analyst with German

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

                                                     

What do you need to start?

• Speak German at C1 level and English at B2 level
• Have experience in working with German customer and supporting 1st/ 2nd line incidents reported by the customer
• Have sufficient knowledge of ITIL incident/ change management
• Have a customer-oriented attitude with good communication skills both written and verbally
• Be a team player and strongly believe that being part of a team is a strength

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

• Awareness of release management procedures
• Experience with Win10 (OS / upgrade / ...) is a plus
• You have knowledge of the change lifecycle

 

What duties will help you grow?

• Incident, request and problem management (2nd line of support)
• Conversion of scrips and preparation of them for different environments
• Restarting batches/ servers/ jobs and applications on the customer’s infrastructure
• Maintenance and monitor the infrastructure components
• Preparing deployments for the release and coordination of the release process during the release WE
