- Administration of customer’s applications
- Batch scheduling
- Performing changes and tasks according to standardized as well as non-standard operating procedures
- Handling incidents and major incidents according to agreed SLAs
- Planning & applying patches and system upgrades
- Support release updates
Main accountabilities:
- Taking ownership of the delivery and be the point of contact for customers and counterparts
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and respect of the SLA
- Driving continuous improvement
- Assuring proper resources allocation for projects whenever needed
We are providing L2/L3 Technical Application support and batch management for our customers, we are working with various IT technologies and tools[ BMC Control-M scheduler, Websphere, EAI[IIB, WMB, WMQ], ,Apache, Tomcat, Varnish, Esigate..etc ] in a developed infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Experience with: application exploitation, Unix / Linux / Windows system support
- Knowledge of Middleware technologies (Apache, Tomcat, Websphere, Esigate, Jahia, Varnish etc..)
- Experience with a scheduling tool (BMC Control-M)
- Good verbal & written English (French would be a plus)
- Readiness for on-call duties

- Experience with scripting
