Responsibilities:

• Change, risk and continuity management;
• Global maintenance window coordination;
• Preparation of summary reports;
• Incident management;
• Working in international environment.

Requirements:

• IT BA / MA degree (graduates or final year students);
• Knowledge of IT issues and processes;
• Communication skills, the ability to work in an IT team also under time pressure;
• Very good command of the English language;
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
