Your role:
Participation in the coordination process of the investment projects schedules in Engineering Department.
Your responsibilities:
- Support for the implementation of investment projects in accordance with the approved schedule,
- Creating project schedules and reports on their progress,
- Coordination of project schedules in the scope: design, construction and installation works, equipment purchase, qualification of building systems, installation and qualification of the purchased equipment,
- Ongoing provision of reports on activities carried out to the supervisor and / or appropriate persons,
- Cooperation with all departments in the PBW as well as with representatives of External Companies,,
- Follow your supervisor's instructions.
If you have:
- Higher eduction diploma and master’s degree;
- Organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Decisiveness;
- Experience in running schedules for engineering projects in the pharmaceutical industry;
- Skills: good work organization, individual problem solving, good communication, team cooperation skills and being open for new tasks;
- Using of Polish and English spoken and written;
- Knowledge of MS Office (incl. MS Project).
