Welcome to the IT Analysis PL team. We add value by providing a fit-for-purpose analysis to design innovative solutions to create great customer experiences. IT Analysts from our Team are engaged in various interesting projects. Now we are looking for a colleague, who will get engaged in Derivatives Systems and who will play a valuable role in delivering a new state of the art derivatives risk platform and supporting the improvements and new projects around it.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with the business stakeholders
- Acting as a link of technical team with other technical teams and business areas, helping to communicate in an accurate manner the business requirements
- Helping the technical team to implement the requirements in the system
- Ensuring that the technical team delivers the right functionality to the business
You’ll join an Agile cross-functional team of talented and very skilled people, who are focused on the improvement of the user experiences, processes and automation to reduce the necessary manual actions of the team and raise the quality of the service. The role is based in Gdansk or Warsaw.

Your experience and background:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Business Analytics
- Experience with Bash, PowerShell or other scripting language
- Experience with SQL databases
- Knowledge about risk, banking and/or derivatives trading systems
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
