For our Client we are looking for:
- to answer queries and provide support to users (helpdesk support);
- to manage user accounts and access to software applications;
- to test new functionalities in the software tools developed in-house;
- to support software development activities
- to extract and provide operational data from software applications; (knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power BI would be an advantage;
- to identify and evaluate operational reporting requirements;
- to gather and log user feedback from software users;
- to support in administrative tasks when required
- At least 2-year experience in a similar position, including dealing with editing and layout of documents and working in SharePoint;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint;
- Fluent English min.B2 - work completely in English;
- Education: successfully completed secondary education related to the business needs, IT area preferred.
- Hgh level of responsibility and ability to work independently;
- High level of service orientation;
- Ability to work under pressure and experience in organizing work and prioritizing accordingly;
- Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels internally and externally and in appropriate manner;
- Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail;
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters;
- Proven organizational skills;
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment;
- Ability to learn new skills and software;
- Ability to work in a team.
- Contract of employment through the Employment Agency;
- Daily remuneration: 96,47€ net;
