On behalf of our Client, world’s leading source of intelligent information for businesses located in Gdynia, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of IT Business Analyst.
You will be responsible for providing definition, analysis, and validation of detailed requirements and producing associated documentation to facilitate the development of a new Workflow / Workforce Management System (WMS). Moreover, your scope of responsibilities will include supporting the WMS Product Manager and WMS Product Analyst by acting as an Agile Product Owner with the development teams and handling initial development enquiries and clarifications. More specific responsibilities will include determining WMS product objectives by liaising with the Product Analyst on high-level requirements, then studying the Operations and Service Delivery functions. What is more, designing features for the WMS in conjunction with the Product Analyst by analyzing prioritised requirements. Main responsibilities will also include constructing workflow, process and dataflow diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing further granular specifications.
To be successful in this role you will have a proven business and technology project experience, demonstrable knowledge and expertise in Enterprise Analysis, Business Analysis Planning & Monitoring, Requirements Analysis, Elicitation, Requirements Management & Communication, and Solution Assessment & Validation. Moreover, an ideal Candidate will be able to adopt different thinking styles to challenging business environments and will have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Fluent English is required.
