Our Client- one of the largest food companies in Europe is looking for: IT Project Manager (ERP Immplementation)
The IT project manager will manage a variety of IT projects to help deliver business benefits from Information Technology in organization. The successful candidate will preferably be based in Poland and belong to the Global Application Team, reporting to the Manager of Business Support Systems.
Responsibilities:
• Manage IT projects from conceptualization to benefits realization globally across the organization. Projects will initially focus mainly on implementation of the M3 suite and reporting, but additional projects may follow;
• Establish projects structure, including scope, budget, resources, timelines etc;
• Secure appropriate project staffing by mobilizing relevant internal and external resources;
• Report project progress to key stakeholders;
• Manage the project team and liaise with business resources to ensure that project is delivered according to expectations;
• Deliver projects according to agreed timelines, costs and quality;
• Prepare and run effective steering committee meetings;
• Manage project risks effectively;
• Develop and improve project delivery models, including benefits realization.
Skills:
• History of successful implementations of ERP, CRM, Analytics projects or similar in an international context;
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or relevant major or equivalent;
• Strong track-record in delivering large, complex IT projects on time, on budget, on quality, as project manager in a large international organization, or as an external consultant;
• Structured approach;
• Business understanding, preferably from the foods or Consumer Goods industry;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders successfully at all levels;
• Strong knowledge of what benefits IT can bring to the business;
• Knowledge of project management methodology;
• Program management skills desired, to manage multiple projects successfully simultaneously;
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally;
• Highly motivated and able to prioritize and execute tasks effectively within aggressive timeframes.
