IT Risk and Control Specialist

The role:

As a part of the global IS Risk Management and Remediation team you will conduct risk activities in the division in accordance with the Risk Management Operating Model.

The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).

Responsibilities:

• Executing proactive risk management processes in self-identification and capturing risk within the division
• Conducting risk activities in support of audits conducted by internal and external auditors
• Managing preparation for and execution of Internal Controls Assessment Process (ICAP)
• Prioritizing risk activities in accordance with the goals set by ISIT management, IT Risk and GIA
• Managing and coordinating remediation activities
• Cooperating with controls and issues owners on risk identification and remediation processes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in working within a technology organization
• Very good written and spoken English
• Good understanding of enterprise collaboration, messaging, remote access and mobile technologies
• Understanding of operational risk management within a technology organization
• Knowledge of risk control framework
