Your responsibilities
- Administration of clustered Windows server environment including RDS and SQL
- Administration of Citrix farm
- Supporting Infrastructure operations as 3rd line of support
- Taking care of updates, ensuring high availability and performance of infrastructure environment and backups.
- Support, implementation systems, documents from an IT perspective and uses the ticketing systems to provide feedback to the support organization/end users
If you have:
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server (clusters, RDS)
- Knowledge of technologies: VMware, Dell HW, Veeam, Citrix
- Very good written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
- Ability to write operational procedures / create technical documentation is a must-have
- Basic network knowledge. (ISO/OSI, IP configuration, network diagnostic tools)
Nice to have
- Windows and Citrix technology administration certificates
- Experience in GxP environment Pharma and/or Automation
- Knowledge of SCCM
