IT Sourcing and Vendor Management Specialist

We are looking for a new colleague in the IT Sourcing & Vendor Management Department at our location in Czestochowa.
Your tasks:
- Management and control of vendors and suppliers (reporting, monitoring and controlling functions)
- Facilitating international vendor review meetings
- Performing vendor audits to improve vendor relationship
- Continuous improvement of Sourcing and Vendor Management processes
- Facilitation and support of RfP processes
- Support and / or perform various outsourcing projects
Your profile:
- Degree in IT or technical field
- Experienced in managing vendors/suppliers
- Experience leading projects within an IT environment
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT consulting or procurement in an international company
- Familiar with standard tools like MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power-Point and SAP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent communication, negotiating and organizational skills
- Willingness for business travels
