Opis stanowiska
We are looking for an experienced Java Team Leader to join our R&D group. The product is for the insurance sector and its architecture is based on Java Enterprise Edition. Responsibilities include managing a product development team throughout the development life cycle, from the requirements definition phase up to completion. Daily work involves coordination and interaction with all relevant parties (e.g. Product Management, and QA) in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, using agile methodologies.
Wymagania
Requirements:
• experience in Java Enterprise Edition programming
• experience as a team leader
• Development of complex data and domain models - Hundreds of DB tables
• EJB, SQL, Hibernate
• Excellent English - writing and speaking - must
• Experience with SCRUM (Agile) - advantage
• Experience with application server: WebLogic / WebSphere / JBoss - advantage
