On behalf of our Client, well-known international company in Tricity, we are currently looking for Candidates, who will hold the position of Junior Analyst.
The successful Candidate will control the quality and potential risks of the operations business process while recognising the need for continuous improvement. Candidate on this position will be responsible for reviews of team performance against the policy, operating procedures, quality targets and metrics. Main duties will include identification and reporting on poor quality records, failures and process inefficiencies and reviewing standard operating procedure and training materials. KYC Junior Analyst will work on client projects delivered in Poland and abroad.
The ideal Candidate should have educational background in law/finance/economic, experience or knowledge in the area of: transaction monitoring, compliance. To be successful on this position such skills are required: strong attention to details, focus on target quality, analytical thinking, team building skills and eagerness to keep knowledge up to date. Fluency in English is a must, second foreign language would be an asset.
