Job description
- Daily contact with Vendors and the Client via e-mail and phone
- Providing Balance Confirmation
- Reviewing Payment Reminder
- Investigating queries
- Checking invoice due date
- Providing payment status to vendor
- Requesting missing invoice from vendor
- Reviewing supplier account in relevant ERP
- Preparing background info if required
- Research on & identify Unallocated Cash - support for Cash Application teams in achieving remittance advices
- Cash Application related issues – incorrectly applied cash, queries for details, clearing
- Provide missing invoice copies to customer as per request
- Query Resolution - research, analysis, follow ups and escalation
- Closing query in Q2R system once solved
Candidate’s profile
- Fluent knowledge of English (C1)
- Very good knowledge of Swedish (B2)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and written
- Ability to meet deadlines and good organizational skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Knowledge of accounting processes would be an asset
