For our Client international company located in Katowice supported logistics processes we are currently looking for Candidates with fluent English and second language: French or Spanish to work in Order to Cash team as Junior Customer Service Process Specialist.

Main responsibilities on this position include operational tasks of orders or claims processing in the system, accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target. Deliver different order to cash processes KPI’s. Being in touch with local Customer Service organisations, warehousing, distribution and transportation. Reviewing and solving tickets in Customer Relationship Management System. 

To be successful on this position you need to have fluent English and other language: Spanish or French and experience in Customer Services Operations. Others requirements include: ability to work with various IT applications, analytical skills, multitasking, problem solving and decision making ability.
