In connection with running current and planned investments as well as periodic shutdown projects within Polpharma Biologics we are recruiting an Engineering Project Specialist. Your role will be to support in developing inquiries and orders for engineering services, coordination of implementation of any engineering changes in the areas of Polpharma Biologics and cooperation in the development of project, process, maintenance and calibration schedules.
- Conducting a process of collecting and verification of repair and investment needs on buildings and systems/installations in Polpharma Biologics;
- Current cooperation with Production areas, Maintenance and Qualification;
- Managing shutdown projects according to current procedures;
- Organizing and leading meetings within the framework of ongoing renovation and investment projects;
- Preparation of specifications for materials and w Preparation of work schedule works;
- Preparation of purchasing process for materials and works;
- Preparation of work schedule;
- Organizing and supervising execution of building/renovation works;
- Supervising on time execution of building/renovation works according to contracts, conducting periodic progress checks;
- Identifying, explaining and reporting of arising deviations in terms of execution of planned repair/ investment works;
- Technical and financial commissioning of renovation and investment works;
- Decent representation of Company.
- Mechanical, electrical or building related technical directional education;
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in managing works and carrying out purchasing processes related to renovation and investment projects in the pharmaceutical industry;
- Analytical thinking;
- Ability of creative thinking and problem solving;
- Ability to work under time pressure;
- Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- High work organization and result orientation; ability to plan, schedule and monitor complex technical projects, their implementation within the set time and within a given budget;
- The ability to report potential problems related to the project to interested parties;
- Ability to identify and reduce risk (Risk Management in the project);
- High communication skills.
