Daily activities
As a Junior Global Mobility Specialist, you will be a part of the team that supports and serves all employees and line managers on the global mobility process.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Participation in end-to-end global mobility operations: including writing emails, responding to phone calls, giving inputs to internal teams for data management
- Handling immigration and relocation support
- Supporting LM and assignee through the mobility process
- Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Query management on immigration support, payroll, compensation management, taxation, etc.
- Vendors management
- Preparing reports,
- HR tools support

Our expectations:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related
- MS Office
- Familiarity with the concept of global mobility
- English fluency (both written and spoken)
- Flexibility
Bonus points:
- Experience with SAP
