For our Recruitment and Development Department we are seeking the following:
- Searching for candidates to support Recruiters and Hiring Managers with filling hard-to-fill positions, proactive sourcing (mainly IT and multilingual talent acquisition)
- Exploring new sourcing channels, ensuring good quality of our recruitment advertising, monitoring the results, identifying and implementing process improvements
- Administrating our Application Tracking System, entering and validating information
- Supporting employer branding activities and other HR initiatives
- Coordinating onboarding process for new joiners: preparing employee handbooks, welcome packs, facilitating and evaluating the induction
- Very good English and Polish skills
- A high degree of accuracy and detail orientation, continuous improvement approach
- Analytical and creative mindset
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm, communicativeness, team spirit, friendly attitude
- Computer literacy, practical knowledge of MS Office package
- Willingness to learn, motivation to become a Recruiter
