Junior Incident Manager with French

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

                      

What do you need to start?

• very good verbal and written French language;
• presenting La Niaque! attitude;
• good command of MS Office suite;
• good management and communication skills,
• basic ITIL knowledge and Incident Management process knowledge.

 

What duties will help you grow?

• Managing and follow-up of incidents according to agreed service levels;
• opening and coordination of MIRTs in order to accelerate the resolution process for incidents presenting the risk of breaching agreed time targets;
• providing support to technical managers.
