Responsible for ensuring Aon’s Global Information Lifecycle Management programme, including:
- Support colleague Information Lifecycle Management training and awareness
- Support the alignment US to Country Specific Record Retention Schedules
- Liaise and build relationships with business leaders under the guidance of Global Head –Information Lifecycle Management
- Support Information Lifecycle Management projects
- Engage with the business on a consultancy basis on any Information Lifecycle Management opportunities.
- Support the engagement of global IT teams on electronic records management opportunities
- Liaise with global archive vendors to coordinate destruction activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gain destruction approval
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good Excel skills with pivot tables and v-look ups
- Analitycal thinking
- Knowledge of Information Lifecycle Management process and policy - nice to have
- Good understanding of vendor management - nice to have
- Spotless record and strong ethos
- Strong communication skills
- Provides information to others both internal and external to the organization;
- Represents the organization to customers and other external sources
