Junior Messaging Engineer
Miejsce pracy: Katowice

Zadania:
- provide BAU Support for all regions on te Messaging platform which includes Exchange 2007/2010 and Office365,
- work with internal teams for addressing user issues and drive tchem to resolution,
- managing Global Mobile Device Management using AirWatch,
- implementing change requests as per business requirement,
- improve officiency through Automation (scripting),
- perform daily health checks for infrastructure components.
Wymagania:
- practical knowledge about MS Exchange 2007/2010 and Office365 environment (including Exchange online, Skype for Business, SharePoint online, CRM online),
- familiar with Exchange High Availability (CCR, SCC, SCR, LCR&DAG),
- ITIL processes awareness,
- experience in Mobile Devices Management tool (VMWare Airwatch, Microsoft Intune) will be a plus,
- understanding of mail flow in pure Office365 and Hybrid environments,
- fluent English,
- very good interpersonal skills and time management.
