Kierownik Działu Mieszania
Reference number: KDM_05/2015
Workplace: Kleszczów
Principal Accountabilities:
- supervision and organization of the process of preparing cosmetic blends;
- measurement and optimization of production processes;
- ensuring implementation of the requirements of customers based on quality standards,
safety requirements and environmental protection as well as procedures for best practices in the company.
Key attributes and Competencies:
- work experience up to 3 years in a management position at the production of the cosmetic,
chemical or food industry; - Master’s graduates of Chemistry or related;
- fluency in the English language;
- experience in improving production processes and solving production problems in cooperation with the Maintenance Department;
- excellent collaboration skills and ability to work within diverse organizations and teams;
- knowledge of quality standards and GMP;
- very strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and operational discipline;
- pro-active attitude and great ability of problem solving;
- ability to make decisions and focus on the objectives.
