Knowledge Transfer Lead
Who are we looking for?
- Service Desk background;
- Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills;
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral);
- Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders;
- Motivated, reliable self-starter;
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Experience in Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies/best practices would be an advantage
- Knowledge Management background would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities
- Conduction of Knowledge Transfer related activities for on-going transitions within Capgemini Eastern Europe;
- Request Due Diligence information from Transition Manager or Business Development and plan discovery with the Transition Manager;
- Team leading of Knowledge Gatherers in transitions/projects;
- Close co-operation with current service provider, the Customer and Delivery teams;
- Respect of defined process within the scheduled time limit and expected operating profits;
- Clear definition of Knowledge Transfer planning with assigned responsibilities and accountabilities;
- Adequate analysis and detailed preparation of all Knowledge Transfer artefacts;
- Participation/supervision of F2F Sessions on site including: reports, procedures review, ticket data analysis, knowledge base/doc. review, gathering; organisation of logistics
- Send status regular reports to the client/transition manager;
- Plan and coordinate Knowledge Object’s creation, course design, incumbent provider’s SME’s review and approval process, training, User Acceptance Tests & floor walking
- Organization of quality stages during KT after each key KT element;
- Active participation in Ramp-up phase
