Zadania:
Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiadać za realizację prestiżowych outsourcingowych projektów IT, zarządzając bazą kandydatów w kontekście pojawiających się zapytań oraz ściśle współpracując z Account Managerami odpowiedzialnymi za sprzedaż i relacje z klientem.
• Realizacja projektów rekrutacyjnych z obszaru IT contractingu(sourcing,screening, selekcja aplikacji); • Budowanie i utrzymywanie pozytywnych relacja z IT Contractorami; • Raportowanie wyników i współpraca z zespołem Account Managerów; • Opracowywanie rozwiązań łączących HR i projekty z obszaru IT; • Budowanie pozytywnego wizerunku firmy na rynku pracy.
Wymagania:
• Minimum roczne doświadczenie poparte sukcesami w rekrutacji w branży IT;
• Znajomość specyfiki rekrutacji w obszarze IT contractingu; • Swobodne posługiwanie się językiem angielskim w mowie i piśmie; • Umiejętność budowania efektywnych relacji biznesowych z klientami i kandydatami; • Zadaniowe podejście do pracy, umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu, nastawienie na osiąganie celów.
