Obowiązki:
Prace administracyjne (rejestracja kandydatów, tworzenie bazy danych, pomoc w bieżącej obsłudze sekretariatu),
Przeprowadzanie rozmów kwalifikacyjnych oraz organizacja spotkań dla kandydatów,
Prowadzenie aktywnej rekrutacji pracowników do Wielkiej Brytanii (niewykwalifikowanych oraz na stanowiska specjalistyczne),
Poszukiwanie kandydatów na różne projekty rekrutacyjne,
Organizowanie i koordynowanie przepływu dokumentów
Analiza i selekcja napływających aplikacji,
Prowadzenie korespondencji,
Dbanie o pozytywny wizerunek firmy,
Wymagania:
Doświadczenie w rekrutacji pracowników (znajomość procesów rekrutacyjnych),
Język angielski w stopniu zaawansowanym,
Znajomość obsługi komputera,
Doskonała organizacja pracy, umiejętność ustalania priorytetów
Wysoka kultura osobista,
