Do Twoich zadań będzie należało:
samodzielne prowadzenie procesu rekrutacji i selekcji kandydatów do pracy kierowanych głównie do dużych sieci handlowych(publikacja ogłoszeń, selekcja aplikacji, prowadzenie rozmów rekrutacyjnych,sporządzanie raportów z przeprowadzonych działań)
współpraca z klientami (przyjmowanie zapotrzebowań na rekrutację, ustalanie trybu rekrutacji),
koordynowanie pracy pracowników tymczasowych,
współpraca z klientami o ustalanie grafików i ich rozliczanie
prace administracyjne
Wymagania:
mile widziane praktyki w branży HR
kreatywność w wyborze kanałów rekrutacyjnych
duża dyspozycyjność do pracy,
zaangażowanie, samodzielność w działaniu,orientacja na wynik
komunikatywność, umiejętność budowania relacji,
