Zakres obowiązków:
Monitorowanie i wprowadzanie cen do systemu SAP dla klientów firmy Timken (wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych)
Koordynowanie procesu zatwierdzania cen przez managera odpowiedzialnego za dany obszar
Monitorowanie procesu zmian cen: przygotowywanie codziennych raportów i ich kontrola
Zapewnienie zgodności procesu zatwierdzania i wprowadzania cen z wymaganiami systemu SOX i audytu finansowego
Pomoc w rozwiązywaniu reklamacji klientów związanych z cenami: wystawianie not kredytowych/debetowych, rejestrowanie reklamacji
Opieka nad procedurami dotyczącymi cen i poprawnością całego procesu
Udział w dodatkowych projektach, związanych z pracą Działu Rozwoju Obsługi Klienta
Wymagania:
Wykształcenie licencjackie/magisterskie (ekonomiczne lub inne)
Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
Bardzo dobre umiejętności analityczne, rzetelność i dokładność
Znajomość środowiska Windows XP, szczególnie arkusza Microsoft Excel
Doświadczenie w pracy z danymi oraz raportami
Znajomość SAP R/3 będzie dodatkowym atutem
Umiejętność szybkiego uczenia się i pracy w zespole
