KYC Quality Control Specialist

On behalf of our Client, internationally recognized SSC Company in Gdynia, we are currently looking for Candidates, who will hold the position of KYC Quality Control Specialist.

The successful Candidate will control the quality and potential risks to the Operations business process while recognising the need for continuous improvement. He will be responsible for reviews team performance against the Policy, operating procedures, quality targets and metrics. His main duties will include identification and reporting on poor quality records, failures and process inefficiencies and reviewing standard operating procedure and training materials. What is more – he will be in charge of maximising feedback opportunities to control and assure quality. In addition to that QC Specialist communicates effectively with all key stakeholders, especially with Quality Manager and team leaders. The ideal Candidate for this role will have excellent understanding of KYC Policies and Procedures with exposure to AML and financial crime, wide research and data verification experience, very good communication and feedback skills and fluent knowledge of English are a must.
