On behalf of our Client, internationally recognized Centre of Excellence in Tricity, we are currently looking for Candidates, who will hold the position of Quality Control Team Leader .
The successful Candidate will be responsible for managing team performance against team members’ personal and team objectives. Specialist in the team are responsible for controlling the quality and potential risks to the Operations business process against the Policy (and agreed Procedures). Therefore Team Leader will have to motivate and coach team member’s as well as provide support on a day to day basis. Main duties will also include delivering against a detailed quality review cycle that meets all Policy and procedural needs, as well as business and customer needs.
The ideal Candidate should have Good KYC (Know Your Customer) knowledge, understanding with exposure to AML and financial crime, meeting quality targets and controlling business process output quality. To be successful on this position such skills are required like: analysing and categorising root causes with options for remediation, understanding and delivering stakeholder engagement. Fluent English as well as experience in leading a team is a must.
