Logistic manager (oversized and heavy cargo)
Location: Warszawa, Wola
Job description
- Selection of an appropriate transportation schemes and adaptation of vehicles to carry out prompt and safe transportation of oversized cargo
- Preparation of the optimal transportation route, taking into account the characteristics of the cargo and the client's requirements regarding the time and cost of delivery
- Coordination of cargo delivery participants interaction
- Tracking of cargo movement, timely informing on the status of cargo
- Market monitoring and recruitment of new transporters for optimal logistics solutions
- Development of relationships with existing partners
- Work in the unified corporate information system
Requirements
- Know the specifics of oversized cargo and the peculiarities of its transportation
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the organization of oversized transportation
- Be communicative and oriented towards an client
- Be able to make quick decisions, work in a stressful, multi-tasking mode
- Be self-organized, attentive and stress-resistant to work
- Be able to defend the Company's position to a contractor
- Love to learn and be prepared to continually develop
