For our client, global international company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for Logistics Department Specialist with fluent English.
Successful candidate will deal with order to cash processes including taking orders from internal clients, monitoring delivery and cash collection. You will be responsible for processing orders in SAP system, coordinating and monitoring O2C processes, maintaining high quality of service and building good relations with clients who are: local customer service organizations, warehousing and distribution as well as solving problems for them and achieving other organizational goals.
We are looking for candidates who hold fluent knowledge of English language and relevant experience in logistics/O2C department as well as knowledge of SAP and Excel. You should also hold experience in customer service, have strong problem solving skills and can-do attitude.
