The Marketing & Digital Communication Representative will develop, execute and measure Marketing strategies and programs to support business growth, working closely with the in-country sales teams, customer care and marketing teams. The individual will be tasked with creating a highly effective marketing content strategy utilizing marketing and creative programs to drive high volume and quality results with limited budget. This role will suit a dynamic marketer who is highly organized, able to multi-task and has strong project management skills.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the content strategy and project-manager the content calendar and content production for our global social media channels (e.g. case studies, videos, posts etc.).
- Develop and review content for the German social media channels, for the website and for sales literature, in close collaboration with marketing, the digital team and the social media agency ensuring messaging consistency across media
- Establish a communication calendar for newsletters to partners and distributors
- Collaborate in the improvement of marketing programs for EU Partners such as the Marketing Resource Center and the roll-out of Showpad
- Manage German social media community following guidelines and with the objective to grow and engage the community and generate more leads
- Contribute to the mapping of the customer journey with the goal to develop and implement a lead nurturing strategy

As a Marketing & Digital Communication Representative you will drive the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies and sales tools to support the business growth across segments, geographies and channels.
Before you start our induction training we will check if you have:
- university degree in Marketing or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience within Marketing/Communication/PR etc.
- full working proficiency in English and German (C1+), any other language is an asset
- experience in digital marketing is a plus
- IT: MS Office. Knowledge of SalesForce.com, Oracle and Eloqua are assets
- demonstrated experience of working successfully with a global, or complex, team structure
- self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a successful track record as a team player
- hand-on, autonomous, result orientated individual
- excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills including demonstrated experience in managing external and internal stakeholders
- available for business travels (up to 20%)
