That is why we are looking for you to join about 40 other IT specialists, including SAP consultants, Office365 consultants, project managers, agile coaches, and developers, to deliver great results within e.g. SAP, web and mobile.

In continuously developing the Agile Release Train “My Digital Workspace” we are striving to bring modern collaboration tools and cloud solutions to our colleagues across the world. For that reason, we are looking for a Microsoft Office 365 Consultant to join our growing team.
Bringing IT and business together through strong technical skills and end-user support
You are able to appreciate and understand diverse business requirements within specific areas while demonstrating excellent analytical skills combined with a good knowledge of the subject area.
At the same time, you can present your ideas and professionally gain stakeholder buy-in. You possess strong communication and business change management skills to implement and support end-user adoption of IT solutions successfully. In overview, your primary tasks will be to:
- Handle complexity and take both business requirements and IT efficiency into consideration, while assessing the functions with the right balance between detail and 'helicopter' perspective.
- Translate business requirements into IT solutions for small to medium-sized tasks, i.e. projects up to 200.000 EUR.
- Ensure that IT solutions are designed with functionality and efficient operations in mind.
- Have in-depth knowledge of templates, tools and standards for the respective technical area (e.g. program elements) and can use this experience in IT solutions.
- Act as trusted solutions advisor to the Agile Release Train management and team.
- Act as a change agent to bridge technical solution development with its business implementation and successful end-user adoption.

MS O365 consultant with strong business change management and communication skills
Your career has provided you with several years of experience from driving technical roll-outs and global IT implementations. You possess strong skills in the on-premise and cloud-based Microsoft products. You have a robust end-user focus when developing and rolling out business solutions used for everyday work. Also, you know your way around a global organisation and is an expert in addressing various stakeholders in the organisation.
On the personal level, you are eager to learn new things, work in new ways and shift across technical topics to deliver results within the Agile project management methodology.
It is essential that you bring robust technical capabilities matched with communication, change management and training skills that will enable to turn IT solutions into life. Finally, you must be good at English, spoken and written.
