- Provide L3 support for data flow (EAI, EDI): deployments, updates, troubleshooting
- Interact with engineers and project managers to gather details and requirements for incidents and requests
- Develop and maintain existing documentation
- Actively improve the way you work and how you do things
We are looking for a French-speaking Middleware Engineer to join a team providing L3 support within Technical Application Management Tower.
Requirements
Essential are:
- Really good knowledge of Unix/Linux OS family operating systems
- Hands-on experience with Middleware technologies (Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Websphere)
- Experience with scripting
- Good verbal & written English and French
- Readiness for on-call duties
Nice to have:
- Experience with IBM MQSeries, TradeXpress
- SQL knowledge
- ITIL awareness
