Zadania:
aktywne kontaktowanie kandydatów, informowanie ich o procesach,weryfikacja i aktualizacja danych,
pozyskiwanie Kandydatów metodą Direct Search,
analiza dokumentów aplikacyjnych,
przeprowadzanie wstępnych rozmów telefonicznych z kandydatami,
administracja działań w systemie.
Wymagania:
doświadczenie zawodowe w działach obsługi Klienta, call center,
nastawienie na rezultat,
umiejętność nawiązywania kontaktu poprzez rozmowę telefoniczną,
min. dobra znajomość języka angielskiego,
chęć pracy z ludźmi i zainteresowanie obszarem HR,
wyższe wykształcenie,
wysokie zdolności interpersonalne,
skrupulatność i dokładność,
umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu oraz z dużą ilością obowiązków,
dobra znajomość MS Office,
gotowość do rozpoczęcia pracy na pełen etat.
