Capgemini Infrastructure Outsourcing Services is one of the biggest outsourcing service providers in Poland. Currently, to our Infrastructure Outsourcing Services Centre in Katowice we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Network Infrastructure Administrator

Job Description:
- Switch operation (Cisco / HP Procurve / Extreme Networks)
- Routing operation (Cisco / Extreme Networks)
- Hardware replacement handling of LAN / WAN equipment
- Opening of trouble-tickets
- Analysing and description of fault situation
- Remote support of local (DACH) onside engineers (english)
- Closing and documentation
Optional tasks:
- Arruba AP60 and AP61 and Cisco 12xx WLAN operation
- Epicenter operation (Extreme switch management application operation)
- Operation of Bluecoat PacketShaper (Paketeer) appliances
- Operation of Bintec dial-in platform
- Operation of Cisco ASA firewall devices
Candidate's profile:
- Fluent English language is a must
- German language would be an advantage
- Deep knowledge in Cisco IOS Router- and Switch-configuration
- Deep knowledge in IP-configuration
- MS Office
- Proactive team player
- Good communication skills (internal and external)
- Flexible
- Willing to work with different cultures
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and out of office hours (7*24 operating time)
