Your new company
This globally recognised company located in Katowice is a fast growing organisation with stable employment conditions. A key centre for Europe is now being set up in Katowice to run part of the company’s Order to Cash operations. For that reason there is a new vacancy for a new Romanian speaking specialist in the Logistics Claims team.

Your new role
Working in O2C department you will be responsible for the process from receiving the order, through processing the request and goods delivery to cash collection. On this position you will be responsible for the operational tasks of orders or claims processing in the system, accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target. You will deliver different order to cash processes KPI's. You’ll be in touch with local customer service organisations, warehousing, distribution and transportation. You will also review and solve tickets in Customer Relationship Management system and ensure efficient customer service processes.

What you'll need to succeed
You speak good English and Romanian (min. B2) and have good communication skills. Your previous experience in O2C, logistics or customer service will lead you to your success. You’ve got good knowledge of MS Excel, you may also have experience in working with SAP. You’ve got an analytical mind-set as well as customer service orientation. You’re able to work independently and influence others.
