Job description
O2C Tower Lead will be responsible for managing team, process standardization and improvement in area of Contract Management and Professional Services.
Position purpose
This is expert role for leading part of O2C process related to Contract Management and Professional Services in our project.
Main accountabilities
- Close cooperation with O2C Manager
- Close cooperation with GPO, Finance Managers and SMEs on Client side
- Knowledge support for team
- Process standardization
- Team performance monitoring
- Providing services according to agreed standards and SLAs/KPIs
Candidate’s profile
- Solid knowledge of O2C - especially Contract Management, revenue recognition and Professional Services or R2R knowledge
- Fluent command of spoken and written English
- Experience in leading team
- Experience in process standardization
- Analitical skills
- Attention to details
