Your role
Our growing Finance team will give you the opportunity to have a true impact on the success of your projects beyond what is possible in established large biotech or pharmaceutical companies. In our highly innovative and dynamic environment, you will serve as a key business partner providing financial support to Technical Operations and Quality business units.
Your responsibilities
- Organizing the process of managerial financial reporting, including actual reporting, budgeting, forecasting. Conducting presentations to the senior stakeholders;
- Controlling of cost of goods calculation;
- Month closing process, including cost settlement, accruals set up, etc.;
- Analysing deviations and recommending corrective actions;
- Preparing financial models to support managerial decisions;
- Making verification of costs bookkeeping correctness against budget assumption;
- Preparing financial long-term plans;
- Managing a small Controlling Team in the future;
- Supporting ERP implementation;
If you have
- Over 8 years’ experience in financial operational (production) controlling;
- Experience within pharmaceutical/biotechnology is a plus;
- University degree (Economy, Accounting, Finance or related);
- Good knowledge of management accounting rules and IFRS;
- Experience with MS Excel;
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written;
- Action orientation and drive for results with excellent organizational skills ;
- Start-up mindset;
- High proficiency in English;
- Excellent team player spirit;
