For our Client's new Shared Services Centre in Wrocław, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Operations Administration Team Leader with German / French / Dutch
Duties:
- Supervising and mentoring the Operations Administration team
- Providing trainings and support to the team members
- Acting as an escalation point
- Close cooperation with regional operations and business leads
- Project and contract administration
- System and process support
- Managing vendor data, purchase orders, T&E data, invoices
- Controlling and approval of invoicess
- Maintaining data accuracy
- Creating and updating projects using internal tools
- Subcontractor billing
- Creating weekly and ad hoc reports
Requirements:
- Very good German / French / Dutch language skills
- Very good command of English
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience (Accounting / Procurement / Customer Care)
- At least 1 year of team management experience
- Very good MS Office skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail
- Very good interpersonal and communication competencies, team-player
