As a People Data Analyst you will be working in a multinational team of dedicated professionals who are focused on delivering actionable insights that continuously drive Arla towards achieving its goals and providing a superior employee experience. You will join the Global People Insights team located in our HQ in Denmark as well as in our shared service centre in Gdansk. The role could be located either in Denmark or in Poland.
The job
As a People Data Analyst you will be working in Global HR, supporting over 22,000 colleagues worldwide enabling data-driven performance culture. We are looking for a person to continue driving the People Analytics agenda in various projects, to interact with key customers and stakeholders across our business and participate in various projects that drive business value.
We expect that you are curious and eager to take lead in developing innovative reporting solutions that provide global leaders with accurate data in order to support daata-driven decision-making, and thus help us drive our People Analytics journey in Arla.
More specifically this means that you will:
- Provide expert input into projects that refer to HR data and lead People Analytics projects
- Present data insights to various stakeholders across the business
- Develop sustainable reporting solutions
- Ongoingly strengthen reporting foundation by incorporating new data sources into the scope
- Optimize existing data models
- Uphold high data quality and security around all reporting and access rights.
- Collect and contribute with Process Improvement suggestions
The candidate
You are highly dedicated to deliver high-quality work and have an eye for details. You can translate business request into data insights, and secure a sustainable setup.
You like to be part of a team and collaboration is important to you. You thrive when in direct contact to your many stakeholders and when you need to use your analytical and creative skills to find answers to their questions – or use data to ask questions that they need to investigate. You have a strong execution mindset, Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and good at working in a fastmoving environment with tight deadlines.
We are aware that we ask for a lot, but furthermore we do hope you have:
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in complex projects within an international environment
- Exquisite consulting, stakeholder management and project management skills
- Strong presentation & communication skills combined with a positive ‘Can do’ attitude
- Anchored knowledge about great data management practices
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development and data mining, incl. proficient knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- Programming languages useful in data analytics will be an advantage: SQL, Python, R
- Eager to learn new things and continuously develop yourself
