Plant & Controlling Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Controlling & Finance department including:
o month and end-year process
o accounts payable/receivable
o Prepare and Issue management reporting on the KPI's used by the Group
o general ledger
o cash forecasting and variances analysis
o revenues and expenditure variance analysis
- Monitor and analyze controlling data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper controlling methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
- Fluent in Polish and English; (Italian or German will be additional asset)
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Proven experience in Plant controlling and Product cost calculation and variances vs Standard
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
