Job Description
  • Using empathy, identifies needs, concerns and interests that the customer has not explicitly raised, adapting products or services to these needs, showing the ability to influence
  • Cooperates fully with the team, offering ideas and searching for solutions to potential problems, modifying his/her own objectives for the common good and assuming different roles in the team in accordance with his/her idiosyncrasy. Ask others for opinions and ideas when taking specific decisions or making plans, sincerely valuing the ides and experience of others.
  • Organises tasks appropriately, establishing priority actions, using resources efficiently and time effectively to fulfil delivery timeframes.
  • Decides after analysing the necessary information and listening to different opinions. Decision-making in complex issues which has an impact on different areas, assuming the derived consequences.
  • Bears in mind the interests, concerns and/or motivation of his/her interlocutor in the preparation of the communication/negotiation and during the process. Influences his/Her interlocutor through his/her ability to argue.
  • Fosters an atmosphere of trust, achieving group motivation and good levels of productivity, being considered as a reference within his/her team. Delegates responsibilities in accordance with the abilities of each person.
  • Participates from a business vision, bearing in mind the different realities that coexist in the organisation, as well as the impact of his/he function on other areas. Establishes his/her daily activities bearing in mind the global nature of the organisation.
Requirements
  • Participates in the Strategic Plan definition and implementation
  • Defines and implements annual budget
  • Leads the local strategy board
  • Leads order - delivery process
  • Manufactures all orders according to customers requierements
  • Ensures the fulfillment of the Company QHSE policy, with special focus on workers security
  • Leads continous improvment process
  • Manages his team according to the Company guidelines and tools
  • Responsibility of the budget execution
  • Ensures required reporting according to Company procedures
  • At least 5 years experience as Production Manager
  • Engineering Degree
  • Fluent speaking of language of the Contract (English language)
  • Excellent computer skills and competences for everyday reports
