Job Description

- Participates in the Strategic Plan definition and implementation
- Defines and implements annual budget
- Leads the local strategy board
- Leads order - delivery process
- Manufactures all orders according to customers requierements
- Ensures the fulfillment of the Company QHSE policy, with special focus on workers security
- Leads continous improvment process
- Manages his team according to the Company guidelines and tools
- Responsibility of the budget execution
- Ensures required reporting according to Company procedures
- At least 5 years experience as Production Manager
- Engineering Degree
- Fluent speaking of language of the Contract (English language)
- Excellent computer skills and competences for everyday reports
