MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assurance of perfect communication towards stakeholders on program level
Supporting the planning and execution of the overall communication plan
Assisting in developing the project and programme news, newsletters, town-hall materials, SharePoint and intranet communications
Occasional business travels
REQUIRED SKILLS
Ability to prepare communication plan and assure good internal and external communication within the project
Some experience in IT field
Knowledge of Microsoft Office from the user's point of view.
High level of both written and spoken English
Experience with realization of international projects
Easiness to formulate clear messages
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in Sharepoint
