Your responsibilities
- Commercial representative in the Cross-functional Program Team Meetings (XPT) providing key strategic market insights (biosimilar and disease area competition).
- Provide patient, market and competitive understanding identifying trends and opportunities WW.
- Provide market input into business cases (which are owned by BD) including market dynamics based on innovator pipelines, biosimilar competition, market share, pricing.
- Build internal knowledge around disease area, indication, stakeholders, product and CI across the organization.
- Create the initial target product profile upon molecule selection and as time moves forward provide market-oriented input into the target product profile (which is then owned by the Program Manager) incl. device and diagnostic needs.
- Support launch coordination process with partner in close alignment with supply and IP.
- Be an integral part of driving pre-launch coordination according to aligned milestones.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and status updates to main stakeholders, and drive decision-making.
- Ensure all relevant information is communicated to the volume forecasting person.
- Attend local S&OP meeting internally and optimally also at the partner site.
- Support launch coordination process with partner in close alignment with supply and IP

- Prepare and deliver presentations and status updates to main stakeholders, and drive decision-making.
If you have
- University degree.
- Commercialization and development expertise.
- Previous experience in Strategic Marketing / Global Product Strategy is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including senior management focus.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Polish a plus.
- Orientation towards collaboration and aligned decision-making.
- Ability to bridge marketing and science.
- Highly structured and analytical.
- Team oriented, but able to work independently.
- Creativity and problem solving competence.
- Presentation and moderation competence.
- Persistent and assertive, with a good sense how to manage conflict.
