¾ of full time equivalent
Project Manager will be in charge of completing all the project assumptions regarding Employee Capital Plans (PKK – Pracownicze Plany Kapitałowe) in line with the schedule in approximately 6 to 8 months. PKK Project Manager will need to track work to be completed in accordance with tight deadlines on a daily basis, delegate tasks as well as identify any potential risks and report the progress.
Working hours: Regular working hours from Monday to Friday (this can vary as far as meeting specific deadlines is concerned).
- Native Polish, advanced English (C1 level)
- Project management skills
- Experience in PM
- Basic HR and finance knowledge (or related to the project) is a valuable asset
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills oriented towards motivating and leading
- Ability to monitor and control budgets
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage expectations
- Strong decision making skills (under pressure) and ability to take the initiative
- Work experience in managing resources, costs and people
- Master’s degree (preferably in Business/Project Management)
- Postgraduate study in Project Management will be an asset.
