Process development engineer (Globally)
Location: Częstochowa
Job description
- A person on a given position will have the task of setting new standards in the GST group globally in designated areas
- Finding and testing new technologies available on the market (automation)
- Develop new technology/machines/supplier
- Continuing review to identify any new technologies/machines/supplier which should be considered for existing standard equipment
- Product development – coming from potential process evaluations / development
- Machine set-up and mistake-proofing to be used globally
- Standardization – defining, specifying and documenting standard machines / solutions
- Working with international Team to ensure implementation of standardizations
- Implementation of universal solutions
- Attend trade fairs
Requirements
- Master’s degreein a technical field
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Several years of engineering experience
- Disciplined and organized work style
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills in English
- Self-motivated
- Willing to frequently travel (eg . once per month)
- Creativity and inquiries in solving problems
