Process Specialist
Location: Gdynia
Responsibilities:
- Supporting business process integration and maintenance of SLAs and process compliance.
- Documenting, mapping and analyzing business processes, supporting implementation.
- Evaluating existing processes and changes or enhancements.
- Implementation of process improvements.
- Optimization of existing and suggesting new KPIs.
- Running & developing a driver and time study set-up.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in process improvement and quality management.
- Extensive working knowledge of Lean management, project management and change management tools.
- Fluent English as a must.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy.
- Initiative, determination and self-disciplined approach to achieving high results.
- Strong in prioritizing and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills, innovation and creativity in idea generating and problem solving.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
