For our Client, dynamic global IT company, we are looking for: Product/Requirements Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Active participation in requirements gathering, product/service definition, scoping, decision making and technical implementation planning;
- Collaboration with all of project insiders and stakeholders to plan, schedule and report on requirements and task completion;
- Daily management and coordination of small, multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure development projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality levels expected by corporate standards;
- Design, set up and maintain version control systems and inner project’s release management and systems;
- Participation in reviews, peer reviews and Change Control Board sessions;
- Analyze market needs in order to identify product opportunities;
- Define product strategy and roadmap;
- Work closely with design, development, QA and marketing teams to determine the best requirements, design and vision for the product;
- Understand customer needs and delivers them to the development team.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position;
- Engineering and QA background;
- Experience in engaging with customers at seniors levels;
- Experience in working with sales teams to sell the product vision;
- Experience in reporting to senior management in your organization;
- Experience of current product management processes and tools;
- Experience in building consumer facing applications.
