For our Client, well-recognised IT company located in Katowice, we are looking for Project Manager.

The person on this position will be responsible for meeting the Client’s requirements, taking care of the project being completed on time and supervising developers’ work. Project Manager’s duties will also include achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements and implementing change. Moreover, the person on this position will be obligated to meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements as well as to prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions. The Project Manager’s role will also include developing budgets, coaching, supervision, staffing, project management, management proficiency, process improvement, tracking budget expenses, self-development, planning, performance management, risk management and inventory control.

An ideal Candidate on this position should have Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, PMI or comparable certification as well as experience in managing international IT projects. Project Manager should also possess knowledge of SW project lifecycle, experience in planning and execution of SW rollout and be able to work under pressure. Good English skills are a must.
